Our silicone dies are produced from our own produced brass moulds In combination with our own uniquely developed silicone recipe, which ensures the best heat conduction. This allows you to keep the finest texts beautifully open in the foil print.
Hardness to suit you.
You can order your engravings with a hardness of 40 to 95 shores A, this allows more or less flexibility in the tool. Dual shore (with double hardness in the same tool). If you need help knowing what level of hardness is best for your production, contact us.
High Definition Machined Brass Molds.
The secret of the perfect silicone die is in the ability to produce a perfect mold. To do this, we use specific programming with 3D technology. The precision and stability of brass helps produce the perfect mold.
